Optimal Function and Wellness was founded with a passion to support individuals facing the challenges of caring for aging loved ones. When those we care about begin to experience frailty and cognitive decline, it can feel overwhelming. At Optimal, we understand this all too well. Our journey began when we personally sought specialized geriatric care for our own family members. Frustrated by long appointment wait times and the difficulty of coordinating care, we decided to create a solution. This led to the establishment of our small, private practice in Botetourt County, where we provide the care and support families need.
