We don't replace your primary care provider. Often providers have less than 15 minutes to spend with you. Getting to know you and your family and understanding your unique needs takes time. We are committed to spending enough time to get to know where you are so we can help optimize and coordinate your healthcare. We will develop a plan of care that may include referrals to other specialist, imaging, labs, and medication recommendations. You will be provided with a copy of your plan and it will be sent to your primary care provider.
